1.Calcium carbonate is utilized in vinyl flooring applications as a weighting and whiting agent, a cost-reducer or as a stiffener.
2.Calcium carbonate is used in a wide variety of rubber applications as both an extender and detacktifying agent. In other calcium carbonate rubber applications, it can add stiffness or provide abrasion resistance.
3.Calcium carbonate is widely used in thermoset applications. It is a key extender in fiberglass reinforced polyester applications such as Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) and Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) where it functions as a cost-effective extender with no adverse effects on processing or final physical properties.
4.Calcium carbonate is used for viscosity control, to limit shrinkage and as a coefficient of thermal expansion.
5.Calcium carbonate is commonly used in a number of paint and coating applications. It is used as an extender, an agent to either reduce or enhance gloss, an extender / spacer for titanium dioxide, a rheology modifier and as a paint and coating additive to densify the product.
1. Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch is a special filler developed with the customers consideration of achieving more and more transparency in the product. Very fine and high brightness of Talc ensures a very very smooth finish in the product along with very high shining.
2. Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch is suitable for Woven Sack application. This material has been developed using ultra fine particles of Coated Calcium Carbonate sourced from the best source in the world. Homogenous and proper dispersion on Filler with polymer ensures very smooth running of material on tape line without any problem of any water carriage, strength issue or powder formation.
3. CaCO3 filler masterbatch is a kind of white plastic granule with PE/PP as carrier. CaCO3 is the main component. The mesh of CaCO3 is determined by the user's use effect, generally 500 mesh to 1250 mesh. Such masterbatch can be widely used in PE, PP, ABS and other plastic products. The adding ratio of CaCO3 masterbatch is 5%-40%.
4. Calcium carbonate master batch also can call filler master batch, it is made of high quality Calcium Carbonate / talcum powder and high quality additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine. When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products. Usage: widely used for plastic material in the process of film, blown &extrusion & injection molding casting, wire drawing, etc.
