2.Calcium carbonate is commonly used in a number of paint and coating applications. It is used as an extender, an agent to either reduce or enhance gloss, an extender / spacer for titanium dioxide, a rheology modifier and as a paint and coating additive to densify the product.
3.Calcium carbonate products help to reduce water demand, compound shrinkage and cracking, as well as reducing overall compound cost in joint compound applications.
4.Calcium carbonate is a low oil absorption ingredient used for carpet backing to lower total manufacturing cost while maintaining excellent mechanical properties. Our calcium carbonate grades add weight to the backing assisting the carpet in laying flat once installed.
5.Calcium carbonate has a high carrying capacity and allows powders to be reconstituted very easily.

When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products. Usage: widely used for plastic material in the process of film, blown &extrusion & injection molding casting, wire drawing, etc.

CaCO3 filler masterbatch adopts CaCO3 as the main component, with CaCO3 content of 70-80%, pe/pp as carrier, mixed with paraffin wax and other additives, the mesh of CaCO3 is determined by customer's use effect, generally 800 ~6000 mesh.This product is pure white granular material, and can be flexibly prepared to produce all kinds of color products. It contains antioxidants and aging resistant agents, which can prolong the service life of the products.
