1. CaCO3 filler masterbatch is a kind of white plastic granule with PE/PP as carrier. CaCO3 is the main component. The mesh of CaCO3 is determined by the user's use effect, generally 500 mesh to 1250 mesh. Such masterbatch can be widely used in PE, PP, ABS and other plastic products. The adding ratio of CaCO3 masterbatch is 5%-40%.

Calcium carbonate master batch also can call filler master batch, it is made of high quality Calcium Carbonate / talcum powder and high quality additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine. When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products. Usage: widely used for plastic material in the process of film, blown &extrusion & injection molding casting, wire drawing, etc.
3. PP base materials are polypropylene based master batch containing75~85% super fine calcium carbonate
(with strong polypropylene resin). It is natural white with excellent disparity
