1. Production workshop: The factory has introduced advanced production equipment, such as vertical mill, air mill, continuous modification machine, Raymond mill, ball mill, etc. The customer carefully observed the production equipment and orderly production process, from the processing of raw materials to the packaging of finished products, and then to the detection of finished products, every link can be seen. Among them, The highly efficient operation of the automated production line in the factory attracted the special attention of this customer, with a maximum output of 1,500 tons per day and an annual output of more than 100,000 tons.
2. Testing Center: The testing room is equipped with a series of international leading testing instruments and equipment, such as whiteness meter, laser particle size meter, multi-element analyzer, water bath constant temperature oscillator, moisture meter, etc. The inspectors showed the customer how to simulate various extreme environmental conditions through professional equipment and methods to test the performance of products in different situations. The inspection personnel will collect a large number of inspection data for sorting, analysis and archiving.The Customer have a more intuitive feeling of the excellent performance and test data of VICTORY products.
3. R&D Center: R&D room is equipped with electronic universal tensile machine, horizontal and vertical combustion testing machine, low temperature brittleness testing machine, building materials smoke density tester, Mooney adhesion tester and other equipment. In the research and development center, customer learn about the strong technical research and development capabilities of VICTORY. At present, the factory has a team of professional R & D personnel. They showed the new products and formulations they were developing to their customer, innovations that are expected to play a significant role in the future market.
